Anybody cook two briskets, one above the other on a grid extender? If so, how dose the bottom one turn out....with the fat from the top one dripping on it and whatnot???

Madhatter, did this yesterday with two 7# briskets. They were both fine. The one on the bottom (indirect setup with plate setter) was ready about an hour ahead of the other(10 hrs. to 11 hrs.) Probably got more heat and deflected some heat to the top one. I will do this again.[p]Ray Price
