Got the rubs today, need to get sauces at the farmer's market this weekend, package will be mailed early next week.



And yeah, I know Old Bay is everywhere, but I'm not counting it in my price calculations and it is pretty iconically Maryland. Between that and horseradish & mayo slathered on a pit beef sandwich, it doesn't get much more Baltimore.

Shipped out west yesterday. Everything from Central PA. Couldn't find a box so it's all packed in a high density styrofoam cooler that's perfect for FTC.  Kept a brisket for 6 hours in one of these.

It was meant to be to show what you get, but the teasers have been popping up and I like it!  I honestly think it will get people more excited to send and receive their box!
