Yesterday afternoon at the TEXFEST (wonderful time), Grillmeister asked Marina Ranger to pull the winning ticket for the grand prize, a LargeBGE and Redwood table. As fate would have it...she drew one of the many tickets purchased by my only son, Ryan. If you guys only knew how badly he wanted an Egg.... Anyway, look out....the questions are about to start flying.[p]I've spent the entire morning helping him get set up...and I sensed separation anxiety as I left before he started his first cook...ribs.[p]Think I may unplug all phones this afternoon just to let him get his baptism:) [p]Hotter than heck in San Antonio![p]Mike

Hey Lawn Ranger, I was really moved by Ryan's reaction to the whole thing. It was great to meet you & other TX Eggers in person and I want to thenk you again for the superb craftmanship in my new BGE handle. I can't wait to install it. As I was telling some of the others there this weekend - there are at least two dozen guys in my neighborhood with eggs. You may want to warm up the midnight oil... as soon as those boys get a load of my handle I imagine you will hear from them.
