@JSobotkin I go to joes meats in jenkintown it's a family run old fashion butcher shop . Great people to deal with and will get what ever you want . Got my eggs from wood burners

Sometimes Stauffers market at Rohrerstown Rd has good packer briskets at a fair price ($3-$4/pound).  Shady Maple up in East Earl has some good meats but you have to be careful because sometimes their meat is ungraded and from Mexico.  This is usually from young cattle and is very tough.

Egg stuff I get from Freds in Shillington.

If any of you are ever in the poco os visit the butcher shoppe in blakeslee. Cage free chicken, exotic meats, fresh ground spices etc. visit the butcher shoppe .com. I don't work for them but I do buy there as much as I can. Little pricey but its worth it
