Where to find brisket - Chicago

Can anyone help with places in the Chicagoland area (western burbs) that carry full packer brisket?

I checked Sam's and some other places, but they only carry the flat.

Sorry, I can't answer your question but will suggest that you ask the butcher at your local grocery store if he will order one for you.

Ask the butcher- they maybe breaking them down there and maybe able to provide the full packer

You might try Gordon Food Service...I see they have locations in Chicago. I just came back from a GFS in metro Detroit area and got a 10.5 pound brisket...labelled as "New Item"
