Chicken thighs

i wanted to do chicken bombs tonight but i pulled boneless thighs from the freezer rather than breasts .The thighs didnt look like a good candidate for bombs .So i went raised direct @400 dome rubbed with birds and bones by the slabs and glazed with momma's famous pineapple BBQ sauce .The sauce was very different and imho way better on chicken than the normal BBQ sauce it had a nice sweet heat to it .

    Excellent.  We do these a lot, usually marinated in teriyaki.
