Brisket Help
Hey all.. long time since I've posted.. 2009 to be exact 
Hope you are doing well!
We have a 5# flat that we are doing tomorrow.. looked at Third Eye's site and looks like it should take about 5 hours.. is that right?? Any help is appreciated!

What temp are you cooking at? Nothing is ever exact with a brisket...they usually don't behave when you want them to.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....
