Put the brisket on at 10...was do excited I couldn't sleep. Crashed at 2 and woke at 10..ive always thought a pork butt smelled good but this brisket wafting across the yard is like foreplay. Pics will follow later. 15lbs of beef. We didn't have a holiday get together.. Kids are at camp and we're both wore out. The neighbors have requested some so after dinner I'll be delivering brisket. We did have a neighborhood party Friday night... Yes, I sent an apology email out... Great California red wine....

Happy Mr Memorial Day... Remember the reason for the season.
