Yeah, I ordered it - give me a #806, then had them repeat back the order just to see how they pronounced it ( kinda juvenile I guess) - but yep, it was good.

I've seen a cookbook, printed in China, that featured a recipe for "barbequed deer penis medallions"; that was mildly disturbing.  (true story)

 

Still, it's one of the cheapest cuts of meat, under a buck.  (kidding!)

@NecessaryIndulg Texas BBQ dimsum fusion is great! ) Translation might not be great but it sure is tasty!

@boatbum I would think the pronounciation is nothing like what you're thinking. Probably should have been spelled "Fujian" noodle soup but many restaurants here in Houston spell it that way as well "Fukien."
