Trying out a new photo stitching app on my iPad, what a better subject matter than food from an Egg? Clockwise from top left KennyG's shrimp to die for, Chicken bombs, Pineapple slices with DP pineapple head and chicken breasts, Hot smoked salmon filet for Mother's Day. All were very tasty, the salmon was especially nice since it gave us about 3 days worth of leftovers.

@Jebpot The wire skewers are nice, you can leave the handle outside the egg so it doesn't get so hot.

@SaturdayFatterday did not use alder wood as my local Ace hardware did not have any. I used apple wood.
