Put the skin in the CI I used for the onions for salad topping

Pulled chicken on a Scotch bap with the onions and a clean out the fridge salad with wife's lemon, olive oil, garlic and parmesan dressing

    I'm gonna have to give that a go one day-was in the beer can chix crowd til the BGE then the spatchcock chix came along and here I am...Of course, I'm way beyond wrestling with those great looking sides.  Skill set not here-
