LS, does putting the chicken into yoga positions make the meat relaxed and more tender?Bx - > NJ ->TX!!!All to get cheaper brisket!

Try it sometime Taz. Indirect the dark meat is higher in the dome and cooks to a higher temp. The fattier rear end bastes the breast. I always get 15 to 20* differential.Steve
