Split Rib Chicken Breast

I have been Egging for a year and a half.  Prior to that whole chicken breasts were about the only chicken.  Now we do wings, legs, and thighs, but I have not done whole breast once in all that time.

Thought I'd try it tonight.

Done just like we used to, baked at 350 for about 40 minutes, with salt and pepper spicing.

Served with romaine salad and steamed broccoli.
