Basic Carmel roll recipe. Plate setter legs down, Pizza stone, Little trivet to lift off stone a bit. 400 dome, Little apple smoke(half handful chips) Baked a little long, bottom got a little more done then I would like. Over all they were good.More "FUN" then anything. Ceder plank fish for super

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
