Ham Steaks

One of my kids favorite meals is ham steaks so while at my local butcher this past weekend we picked up some .Rubbed with perk up your pork by the slabs .Done direct at 425 dome till warmed served with sliced potatoes , carrots and green beans all mixed and cooked together with a liberal amount tree hugger rub by tasty licks . turned out pretty good and enough left over for my lunch the next two day
