Apple stuffing pork chops

Tonight was a cook I have made many times but never on the BGE. Apple stuffing pork chops, seared the chops at 450 at fire ring, 2 minutes a side. Then indirect at around 375 for approx 20 minutes to 135+ IT. Chops where rubbed with lemon pepper and another erb like commercial mix. Finished them with an apple cinnamon bbq sauce from a local markets own label. Chops went in pan lined with apples, stuffing on top, foiled. Back on bge for 10 minutes. Apples where canned pie filling, stuffing was stove top, so two cheats, but a great end result. Like everything, tasted better from the BGE.
