Saturday Night Steak

Last night we had a ribeye with grilled pineapple and asparagus. I used DP Pineapple Head on the pineapple, some Chicago Steak rub on the steak and s&p on the asparagus. Pulled the steak at 125 and it was all very good.

Nice steak - and the grilled pineapple looks fantastic.

We love grilled pineapple. It's like having dessert on your plate and it goes with most anything.
