Picked up new Large last Friday. First fixin' was Dr.BBQ's St. Louis Ribs...best ever. Did TRex Ribeye last night and am planning brisket tomorrow. Here's the rub. It's just me and the missuz now, and she doesn't eat meat. Has anyone kept track of record weight gain on this forum? I think I got a shot at the title!![p]I do want to add what a pleasure it is to browse this forum. I've too often seen a handful of crazies ruin forums for all, but this is refreshing. Kudos to all.

Dave B,
You may turn your wife into a meat crazy woman. I was a non-meat eater too before egg, now, there is nothing stopping me from eating anything.....
