This is perhaps one of my family's favorites of my weekend non-Egg cooks, which we seldom do since it is so sinful.

Fried egg sandwich.  Toast the bread and butter one side (the inside).  Two eggs.  Cheese alternated top and bottom.  Fry the sandwich in butter, gently.

Some how I missed a pic of the sandwich in the pan.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys

    Looks good Doc, you could make it a egg cook we do breakfast on the egg every Sunday not because it tastes better just because its fun .
