Deli Turkey (pics)

To test out my new slicer, I did a turkey breast. EVOO, salt, pepper, and a cajun spice. Smoked with apple chunks for almost two hours at 345. Not bad for first attempt at deli. First sammie was on sourdough bread from my KA starter. Sorry no sammie pics, couldn't wait to dig in.

I would buy that.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).
