My pa is coming to dinner Saturday and loves shrimp scampi. Ideas? Wok no wok ect, time temps?[p]Mike

    I'll try :
    marinate your shrimp for 30 minutes in olive oil, fresh parsley, crushed garlic, squeeze of a couple of lemons, fresh cracked black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
    Skewer the shrimp, sprinkle a little salt on shrimp and cook on a high about 500 degree grill until done. Melt some butter and add crushed garlic and a few dashes of tabasco sauce, cook on your grill as the grill is heating to get a little smoked flavor. Pull shrimp off of skewers and place shrimp in serving dishes and pour garlic butter on top, served with crusty french bread for dipping. This is a basic recipe. All ingredients are to taste, nothing measured. Good Luck.
