    Interesting.  Love lamb, love boudin.  Boudin does make a good stuffing...kinda like a liver-flavored dirty rice.  Works?

    Man....I miss me some boudin! Havent lived in La since late 90's...still do some Cajun cooking but miss a lot of the things I can't buy or make. Looks awesome.
