We have just started the Carb Nite Diet (day 6)

FWIW- We have just started the Carb Nite Diet and today is Day # 6.  So far, it has been a rather painless conversion with the exception of re-learning how and what to eat when I am hungry.  The idea behind it is to stay less than 30g of carbs daily.  From there, every 5th evening you have a "carb nite" to quench your cravings and then back to >30g the next morning.  @ Day 6, we are still in induction phase so no carbs for us until Wed.  This evening will be my first time using the egg on the diet (because I have been lazy and it has been cold outside :( ) but I am looking forward to a mexican night including ABT's.  Tomorrow on the menu, I have flanken cut beef short ribs and I can already smell how good they will be slow roasting on the egg.

If you have any interest seeing my night 1-4 cooks take a peek at my blog here:

I am so excited to get back on the egg this evening and will probably post my egg cooks in the general forum.

Thanks for looking!  P-
