Permatex Question

I've got a rutland and 2 tubes of permatex for a gasket replacement on my XL. The temp is going to break into the mid 50's for the next 2 days. I've been itching to put a new gasket on, but it's been too cold. What should the outside temp be for using permatex? There wasn't any information on the tube.

I didn't but have seen several member say to warm the egg up. I used 3m spray on mine.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I would not attempt it until you have some 70 degree sun lit days -- it would be worth waiting for and abad gasket, or no gasket, still allows you to cook!!
