So I wanna cut out artificial sweeteners like aspartame and splenda and since Zevia is now available in Canada im wondering how it tastes? Its soda sweetened with stevia.

I've occasionally used stevia in both sauces and rubs. As an ingredient, its a little hard to use because it is so very sweet. To me, 8 - 10 times sweeter than a comparable amount of sugar. Rubs didn't crust up as nicely as sugar. Sauces felt a little smoother in the mouth. I'd expect any soda would just taste like whatever other flavor has been added and sweet.
