Filet loin

Did a filet loin and some chicken quarters. Turned out pretty awesome.

I always use the same seasoning for my filet. I use EVOO, sea salt, cracked pepper, onion flake, and garlic powder. I also did some chicken Quarters. I had 4. So I did two with the same seasoning as the loin. Other two I used a jerk seasoning. They turned out awesome as well.

Well, I just took a bite out of my monitor. Beef T is fast becoming one of my favorite egg foods.
