Doc Inspired Hot Italian Sub

Girls night out allowed me to cook something really bad for me. Following Doc's lead, I put together two italian subs with marinara sauce, grilled onions, provolone cheese, and hot italian sausages. They were tremendous - now I have to clean up and hide all of the evidence before she gets home!
