Sunday dinner Stromboli

2-Cheese steak Stromboli's with onions , pepperoni, sauce and mozzarella ,Done indirect on the XL place setter legs up grid on and XL baking stone on the grid .Dome temp at 550 degrees .First one i did for about 20 minutes maybe a bit longer and the bottom was a bit to crispy second one i did for 15 minutes and the bottom crust was much better . all in all was a pretty good meal
