I'm also from Appleton, not egging yet but will be soon! Table is being built, put a deposit down yesterday to get a Large in the next shipment from Chip at BBQ pits N Spits. Been lurking here for the past month. Can't wait to get cooking.... family is also looking forward to being willing test subjects of egg goodness.
