Happy Daytona 500 weekend
The wife came home today with some bone-in chicken breasts
If you don't mind please give me advice on approx cooking time etc.

Raised direct at 350-375 until 160 degrees. Around 30-40 minutes.

Yes, as Eggcelsior says, I think Chicken any way you do it is the best meat off the egg!
