XL being built - anyone upgraded hardware bag items to stainless?

Anyone buy stainless hardware to use instead of hardware bag (band bolts,nuts,washers,acorns,etc)? Also - bag has four green pieces - why are these green vs silver of others. Not sure if they are silver or stainless. Thinking of just buying stainless band bolts plus their washers and nuts. Any reason this would be an issue to use stainless on all or some of the hardware? Corrosion with bands, etc (dumb question)? I hate that back bolts will rust eventually - not sure if use stainless if that would cause bolts not to bend and if that matters. Thanks Mark

    If I remember right the green bolts are longer than the other ones & you might have a hard time finding SS bolts with the type of heads needed. But what do I know.

    Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution...
