Lighting Lump with a couple of briquets

I have developed a lighting method that seems to work especially well. I put lump in the egg, like everyone does and then put 6-8 briquets in the chimney and get those lit up nicely. Put those on the lump and the process goes very smoothly. For some reason the flame kicks in quicker than if you do the same method but with lump in the chimney. The low number of briquets doesn't really add to the amount of post cook ash in the egg. Also, depending on the brand and the length/heat of the cook, the briquets will often remain solid enough to remove by hand when cool.
