A long day slaving over the eggs resulted in some fine eating! On the large, Turbo Ribs (2.5 hours raised indirect @ 350) with homemade rub and homemade sauce, On the medium, Turbo Butt (7 hours indirect @ 325) with Dizzy Dust and homemade sauce, and some fresh pork sausage (1 hour raised indirect @ 325) from the family meat market. And the wife stepped up her game with some canned snap beans, pasta salad, and cracklin' cornbread with fresh cracklins also from the family meat market. BTW, the recipe for the cracklin cornbread came from Myron Mixon's book and it was outstanding!
