    Sorry about that. It's an apple.

    My sister who was a food director of a school system had me use a combo of apples.Todays combo was GrannySmith,Fuji.Gala and I'm drawing a blank on the 4th one.Trying Penzey's apple pie spice to.

    She said a sweet/tart, soft/hard mix will make a good pie. This is the 3rd or 4th one I made .And are they great if I do say myself. Hope my Busia(Polish grandma) is proud!
