I am marinating one overnight - 2 pounds.  Thinking cook similar to a steak at high temps (600 degrees) and watch closely?  Or would anyone reccomned cooking at a lower temp?  Also, what would you reccomend as the meat temp to shoot for?  Thanks in advance!!
