Cooking Ribs and a Butt
This is my first run at both on my BGE. My question is this, can I do them at the same time? Most of recipes call for similar temps (if I recall correctly).
I would appreciate any guidance or thoughts?

You can but ribs will be done well before butt

Can I start the butt, then put the ribs on... try to get the done at the same time?

Yea just depending on a hundred variables guess when your butt will be about 4-5 hours out and the toss them ribs on
