Forgot the stone
I can't believe I forgot the pizza stone but it turned out to be one of my best yet. Crust was nice and crunchy.

Have done several w/o stone. Just get it high in dome.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

I've cooked with the plate setter as a pizza stone... Once. It burn't the bottom of the crust. I just use my GX Grill Extender which puts my pizza pan 2 1/2" above the regular grid. I cook at 550 for about 7 or 8 minutes and get great pizza Everytime.
