Heinz 57 chicken wings recipe.

Options
I found a Heinz 57 steak sauce recipe for chicken wings that I modified a bit, they turned out good and will make them again. 1 cup Heinz 57 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1/4 cup honey Wisk together all ingredients. I usually prep the wings the same way every time by cutting off the tips, mince up a bit of fresh garlic (2-3 cloves), season with something like Badia's or Bone Suckin Sauce Poultry seasoning, Lightly coat with corn starch, place them on a cookie sheet and put them in the fridge for a few hours to dry out. Then cook at indirect 400 dome temp, high in the dome for 30 minutes, toss them in the sauce then back on the grill for 10 minutes. Nice flavor and easy to make. Regards, Bill
