Customer Service Experience (great service)

Hey guys,

I just wanted to share a story about customer service I just had.  I had a platesetter crack and immediately I called BGE - I had the number 1 year warranty in my head and I am about 1.5 months away from one year, so I was a bit worried.  Anyhow, I called BGE and spoke with Bruce who informed me platesetters actually have a 3 year warranty and that I was covered.  Since I am located about 3k miles from BGE HQ Bruce put me in touch with the closest distributor.  I contacted the distributor and explained the situation; I will now be getting my replacement placesetter the next time the local dealer orders something. 

No hassels just great service.

Ditto! Just received my new Nomex high heat gasket replacement and a hardware replacement for a bolt that sheared off on the back of dome. Had everything in my mailbox in 2 days after the call.

I just got a message from Bruce today on replacing my gasket ! "Top Notch" service !!!!

Just to revisit this my placesetter has officislly been replaced.
