The cheaper thermoworks thermometer is probably one of the best on the market but it's not a thermopen. I have both. Save yourself the $25 bucks and get the thermapen to begin with, I wish I had. Jump on this. It's the cheapest I've ever seen them.

After reading a few threads on here, I returned my platesetter, and CI grid today. Will return the BGE extender grid tomorrow. All that cash will go to purchasing a CGS Adjustable Rig system. Thought really hard about getting the swing rack, but ended up liking the Adjustable Rig's versatility more.
