Pork tenderloin rub question
I want to put a pork tenderloin on the egg tonight and am thinking about using one of my Dizzy Pig rubs. Tsunami Spin or Raging River or Dizzy Dust course? Please comment.

Dizzy dust is fine, but if you want to impress someone use the Red Eye Express. I truss two tenderloins together apply rub generously and sear then roast til 140. It's awesome.

Pig tender will be great with whatever you choose.. you can't go wrong with any of them, but I favor Tsunami Spin.
