Just some simple wings. Indirect, 375, peach wood. Since it was the
Texan's and Bengal's I decided to try my new Big Al's Hell from Texas rub.
Rub was good, I really coated them pretty good. Had a little heat, nothing like I expected from the name of the rub. But it was flavorful, good and not overpowering like I expected.
