The thermapen is on it's way. I also received the half moon stone as a gift. I already have the half moon grate, so the stone will compliment it nicely.
I also got the right angle thingies from CGS to go section off the fire box. I plan on trying out the half moon stone to finish off BBQ chicken tonight.
