Whole Wheat Pizza Crust?

Any recipes for a Whole Wheat Pizza Crust?? Thanks Guys in advance..

    There are some great recipes available online, jut look for ones that are low in sugar. The high temps that we cook pizzas at results in charring on the crust before it is cooked with a traditional high sugar dough. If you google ones specific to wood fired ovens you might have some luck.

    I will say that I initially tried to cook whole wheat dough pizzas and they turned out terrible.The crusts just didn't cook right; they either took forever to cook and dried out, or they just burned on the bottom to a charred crisp. I went back to white flour and it worked out fine.

    I know there are some people that cook whole wheat with no issues. they may chime in with what works for them.
