Wing Cutting Board Upgrade

Here's a video demo of my wing cutting boards and replacement handle from Select Outdoor Kitchens.  I installed these this morning (on my Kamado Joe but they make them for the Large BGE as well) and it only took about 20 minutes.  I believe they are a better setup and I think I'm going to enjoy using them...

Look nice. It would be a good option to have to be able to cut directly on it. I would worry about loss of hot item landing areas for pans, pots, utensils, daisy wheel, etc. The wood could handle it,not sure if the cutting board materials could?

Good to see options available. I'd worry about putting something hot on them by accident too.
If you use a cover, check and make sure the cover will still fit.

I saw someone else use bamboo cutting boards and mount them on the brackets to increase workspace.
