cooking baby back ribs again today.... my last cook was indirect at 225 dome for 5 hours and the ribs were great. however, everything i cook at 275 seems to turn out fantastic so i'm thinking i'll try that today. any thoughts on a slightly higher temp or does it even matter? cooking for a group today that has heard rave reviews about my egg so i need to represent! thanks in advance for any thoughts.....

I did 250 last weekend and it turned out great and was very stable at that temp.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.

Anywhere between 225 and 300 is fine. Not an exact science this BBQ temp cooking thing.

i recently did spare ribs at ~250 and they turned out great. I think anywhere in this range should be fine, provided you get the time right.
Good luck -

I've done spares at 275 and they come out fine. Just takes less time.
