Making my 1st pork lion roast on the egg

Got it set at 350 with indirect heat. I'm thinking 2 hours for 3and a half pounds.

Is that similiar to a pork "loin" roast? If so, I think your time is about right.

Here's a link to a great use of pork loin- http://www.bubbatim.com/Pork_Cooks.php may help. My experience-to get a loin your size to around 140*F should take around 80-90 mins.
