3....3lb. Turkey Breasts on a Large

any advice out there on temp and approx. time for cooking 3 .... 3lb. turkey breasts? im assuming plate setter and do i just sit them on the rack and put a drip pan underneath? also any helpful rubs to do? or should i just brine. oh and to what internal temp?

any advice would  be greatly appreciated.
