Anyone ever try the ceramic sittin turkey holder sold by bge? If so, what were the results and what was your setup?
I am thinking that with the holder, the breasts will be closer to the dome and higher heat. Wouldn't that cause the breasts to be done before the legs?

I have used mine a couple of times, real good results.I put the plate setter in, feet up and then set it directly in the drip pan. This way I can get a 12 to 14 pounder to fit without hitting the dome.BrianFairview, Texas

Great. Do you remember what temp you shot for? Any foil covering at all? Cook time?
