Thanks ALL for the help & tips on the burgers. I wish I had pics to share...[p]We had some shredded cheddar cheese left over. I pattied out the meat (had both turkey and beef) into fairly thin patties, sprinkled with cheese and then doubled the patties & sealed into one larger burger. I topped the turkey with Tsunami Spin and the beef with COw lick on one side and Dizzy Dust on the other.[p]I stabilized the medium at 300 with a fresh load of WGC for about 2 hours. Added the turkey ones first, about 4 minutes ahead of the beef, to the egg. Cooked direct. After about 7 minutes, flipped them and finished them to 172 for turkey and 143 for the beef.[p]I gotta say, I absolutely love it when friends like you help out, offer advice, and a meal just 'comes together'!
